"What if everyone could use AI and NLP to leverage Salesforce support conversations?"
That was the question John Sperry and Kurt Williams asked during a brainstorm. "What would every agent, manager, and product designer do with easy access to insights from help desk chats, emails, and tickets?" The answers to those questions led us to build Halosight.

HALOSIGHT IS FOUNDED
Halosight is incorporated in late 2018 by John Sperry, Kurt Williams, and Justin Jackson. They had constant "think-tank" jam sessions.
